On receiving this hat, my son-in-law noticed that there was a small tuck in one side of the hat, making it fit nicely against the side of his head, but there was not a matching tuck on the other side, making the hat not fit as snuggly on the other side of his head. Is this a design "feature"? Or is this a sign of poor quality control? We didn't try the foam sizers, since we didn't want to glue them on the hat. We were going to return it.
