I ordered 2 buckles. One with engraving and the other without. The engraving of the clasp is on the back, I had the date written and the result pleasantly surprised me. The engraving is subtle, understated, and the whole buckle looks very elegant. The workmanship is very impressive, the buckle is solid and of good quality.
