Overall experience with the razor was good and I would recommend it. It's best using it after getting a strop and whetstone as it comes from the makers 'hair cutting sharp' but not 'razor sharp' it will shave your face you will have to do several passes and it may hurt if you don't use good lather. So before you use, give it a strop maybe 100 laps then a 5 minute sharpen on a 8000 grit whetstone and if you have the money a 12000 grit finishing stone, then a quick stop, after that it will be a very good shave.
