The delivered bag does not have such a beautiful deep chestnut color as in the picture, it is more red. It may scratch easily, it was delivered without a single scratch, the husband has not gone anywhere with it yet and there is already one scratch on the strap. A star down for these 2 things. Otherwise great, the bag is spacious, but not unnecessarily large, practically organized, the leather is festive (except for the scratch), the stitches are beautiful, I searched for a long time and couldn't find another one like it. Delivery good, customer service helpful, I would buy again.
