The product was beautiful. The hat was just what I was looking for, but it was too big so I sent it back as soon as I received it when I received it it was in great condition. I had some questions for the company about the return policy, and they answer them very nicely and prompt. I would recommend this company to anybody. I would’ve bought another size but I bought the smaller size.
I like the style of the hat, but the item appeared slightly worn, and not 'brand new', as if another purchaser had it short term, used/wore it and then returned it!!

I took the hat out of the box and the first thing you notice is how it feels...AHHH. SO nice to the touch. Then, the fit was just PERFECT! It looks good on, and it's versatile! I played around with a couple of different "looks"...dressed up...or dressed down...both with elegance!
