My hat went missing in the mail. I contacted Trendhim via email. They responded immediately and said they’d send me another hat right away for no extra charge. The hat arrived just under two weeks later. Most importantly—the hat itself is terrific. Perfect fit and material. Worth the wait.

The hat that I bought is different from the one I bought a year ago. My previous hat was a rain-resistant hat. The material is lighter also the depth of the bucket is deeper by 3 1/2 in vs 3 1/4 if it matters and it does to me because I have a big head. Lol The new hat material is like a heavy canvas which is ok except for the bucket depth.

Not Good

Product is good. However, the sizing chart posted with the hat online is wrong. I ordered my usual hat size (I purchase a lot of hats) and it is too big. The sizing chart isn't true to size. I can't use it. I needed to order a size down from my actual size. Very disappointed.
