Well made, shipped and delivered, but the color was not accurate.

It is well-made, and I love the design. It got here safely in a timely fashion. However, the pictures vs what I received are different in color. The photos are a much brighter, light silver color. What arrived was a much darker bracelet.

Didn’t have to wait too long for shipping considering the distance.

I received my Ruben Rico bracelet yesterday. I noticed the clasp had a small gap but I thought that was the way it was supposed to be… Turns out it was defective and I lost my bracelet only after a couple of hours of wearing it. I’m very disappointed because I really liked it. For the money I paid, I expected better quality! Luckily I didn’t order the matching necklace too. Overall I’m upset with the item I received and the whole experience ☹️
