This silver-tone steel pendant is named after the iconic Saint Benedict medal.
The front of the pendant features Saint Benedict. On the back is a cross with the letters C S S M L - N D S M D, which mean ‘May the Holy Cross be my light! May the dragon never be my overlord.’ The large C S P B stand for ‘The Cross of Our Holy Father Benedict’. Surrounding the back are the letters V R S N S M V – S M Q L I V B, which stand for ‘Begone Satan. Never tempt me with your vanities. What you offer me is evil. Drink the poison yourself.’ The word PAX at the top means ‘peace’.
This vintage-looking steel pendant necklace for men is made of surgical-grade stainless steel, and so is the double curb chain on which it hangs.
